Thanks to Gemster, I can track everything I have in progress, know which comic volumes I still have to read or which episodes of a series I still have to watch. I also love the social side: I can see whether my friends have read or watched the same works as me, and how they rated them, while easily sharing my own favourites with them.

In short, Gemster has become my essential cultural organiser: it centralises my collections, helps me keep track of what I'm reading and watching, and adds a social dimension that makes the whole thing even more alive. An app I wholeheartedly recommend to collectors of every kind.

Even while it's still in development, the app already offers a really satisfying experience and lets me make plenty of discoveries that match my taste.

I started reading comics around the age of 8 to 10, and I've been collecting them since I was 16 — and when you get on in years like I have, you end up with a fairly substantial collection.

Back when I went to festivals, I had to pull out my notebook every single time to check whether or not I already owned the comic I was after. Today, with Gemster, all my collections are in the app, and it's simpler and so much faster to see what you have and what you're missing.
